Let's go beyond the basics of sewing and make a pair of PJ pants! They are great for lounging or sleeping. The pattern will be provided. You just need fabric, thread and sewing machine if you have one. This class is designed for the student who can operate their sewing machine independently and has taken a beginner sewing class.
Skill Level: Advanced Beginner
After you sign up please let us know your preferred size (XS through Plus 3X) so we can prepare your pattern.
Also, purchase and launder your fabric before class.
Supplies:
- Woven fabric or quilting cotton, linen, flannel (stretchy fabric is not suitable for this class)
- Coordinating thread.
- 1.5 " wide elastic in the amount specified for your size.
Optional Notions: (These tools are great if you have them, but we'll also have some available for use during class.)
- Measuring tape
- Pins
- Scissors or rotary cutter
- A fabric marker/chalk
- Seam gauge
- Seam ripper
