Aside from making sure all the machines that come through Craft Raccoon are ready for their new homes, McLane also provides machine repair and maintenance services to the public. Old, new, broken down or just in need of a clean and oil, she services all sewing machines, makes and models, including sergers and chain stitch machines.

How much does it cost?
Standard deep clean/oil and tune up is a flat $80. If your machine's issue falls outside of this umbrella, you will be notified before any further work is done so you and McLane can decide the best course of action for your machine. The standard deep clean/oil is the most common need and often fixes many small problems.
How long will it take?
Turn around times vary. At drop off or very soon after you will be quoted a possible wait time. Feel free to reach out ahead of time to ask what the current turn around time is.
What kinds of machines do you fix?
All kinds! All makes and models are accepted regardless of state or age!
I don't have a pedal for my machine can you still work on it?
I can certainly still clean and oil it but will not be able to vouch for it's workability. I am happy to source parts such as pedals for you as an additional service! Most can be found!
Do you fix sergers?

Why no in-table machines?
For now there simply is not room to accommodate this request. McLane is hoping to find a solution to work on these machines if delivered outside of their tables but at the moment this service is not offered.
